Cancellation policy for FIT packages NOT APPLICABLE FOR GROUP TRAVEL
Cancellation communication: Once you are package is booked we will communicate the cancellation policy through mail
Cancellation deadlines: In most of the cases the hotels go into cancellation 14 days prior to your departure date while transfers and excursions falls into cancellation 72 hours prior of your departure date. Visa services are Non refundable at any given point of time.
Cancelling bookings: Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email or with in the above mentioned period will be treated as Non Refundable
Any cancellations received before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email or with in the above mentioned period will be treated as refundable and the customer would receive the refund to the credit card with in 14 working days starting from the date of which the cancellation was requested.
Changes to dates or hotels: Any changes needs to be done before the cancellation period to avoid being charged. In the event the change is requested during the cancellation period the passenger will have to bear the cancellation charges in addition to the new cost for the change
No show: If the passengers do not turn up to the services on the day of the service it will be rated as a No Show where 100% cancellation charges for that service would be applicable
Policy while shortening the tour: When you are shortening your stay during the high season, period of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions may result in being charged for your whole stay which was booked and a refund would not be generated

Cancellation due to unforeseen events: We are aware that people will counter unpleasant experiences in life which might hamper their travel plans. At such situations please raise your refund request with sufficient documentation which we would help us in obtaining a reasonable solution for you. However, during such cases the refund process would take more than 14 days as our team would verify the situation and has to get special approvals which is a tedious task
